The existence of favoritism in organizations

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine if favoritism exists in Turkish universities and, if so, to clarify its type and to present the views of faculty members regarding the reasons for favoritism. This is a descriptive study and its population consists of the faculty members of Turkish universities.
