The epigenetic regulator BRD4 is required for myofibroblast differentiation of knee fibroblasts

Abstract: Arthrofibrosis, which is characterized by excessive scar tissue and limited motion, can complicate the daily functioning of patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).
