Participants reflected on the support they received from their communities and clinical care providers, and in doing so, indicated that, in accordance with the existing literature regarding clinical support, 9 these interactions were often insufficient to meet all of their needs. The Talkline offered a safe space not only for those lacking the emotional, informational, or decision-making support they needed, but also for those who felt they had positive community and clinical support and wanted or needed more support.…”
