The Emergent Synthetic Brain Concept of Law as Action Type

Abstract: This paper reviews and restates the thesis in Law as Art (Bagnall, 1996), in light of current scholarship. Law as real physical and symbolic social phenomena. Compound cluster properties, combining to form distinct social networks, a ‘nesting’, explicable within contemporary post-Quantum theory.
