The Embedded Paradox of Organizational Turnover and Professional Autonomy

Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effects of professional autonomy (PA) and person–environment fit (person–job [PJ] fit and person–organization [PO] fit) on turnover intention (TI).
