In the cold season, air in southern and central areas of Tajikistan is polluted by emissions from transport, cogeneration plants, housing and communal services, the private sector and the cement plant, and in warmer times the atmosphere of the region is polluted by dust incursions from the south and west part Tajikistan [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14].
