The Efficacy of Self-Regulated Learning and Social Media in Higher Education

Abstract: Self-regulated learning is a never-ending process in the life of a learner. This leads to areas such as learning analytics that concentrate on the learning trajectories of students while they interact with the learning environment. This research work highlights this intersection of self-regulated learning, social media in higher education to identify the ongoing themes and challenges in comprehending its efficacy in learning environments.
