“…In postmenopausal women, a study showed that supplementation with C. pepo seed oil increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations, decreased the diastolic blood pressure, and improved the menopausal symptom scores (Gossell-Williams et al, 2011). A more recent study reported similar findings (Wong et al, 2019); thus, evidence suggests that Cucurbita provides health benefits for postmenopausal women.
