The Effects Of Pressure And Temperature On The Magnetization Of A Parabolic Quantum Dot In A Magnetic Field

Abstract: In this work , we present a theoretical study of the magnetization of two-electron GaAs parabolic quantum dot (QD) under the combined effects of external pressure, temperature and magnetic field. First, we obtain the eigenenergies by solving the two electron quantum dot Hamiltonian using the exact diagonalization method.
