Por outro lado, quando estimulados com insulina, nestes mesmos trabalhos, verificam-se aumento em alguns casos (WARDZALA et al, 1982;VINTEN;GALBO, 1983;ASKEQ et al, 1975) e em outros, não mudam a incorporação de glicose em TAG (PALMER; TIPTON, 1974;LAERENCE et al, 1989;KRAL et al, 1974 Ainda sobre este ensaio, podemos observar que em todos os grupos, uma pequena fração de glicose segue para AG (aproximadamente 20-25%), em contrapartida, estudos mais antigos na literatura verificaram que o TF aumenta a capacidade do TAB em incorporar glicose no resíduo de AG do TAG e, além disso, não observaram alterações na incorporação de glicose na fração glicerol (WARDZALA et al, 1982;GOODYEAR et al, 1991). Ao nosso ver, tal discrepância se deve, em parte, ao modelo de animal utilizado nos estudos, sendo um intolerante à glicose e o outro da linhagem Zucker.…”
