The Effects of Internal Marketing on Turnover Intentions in Knowledge Workers in the IT Sector

Abstract: This study suggests applying the concept of internal marketing to combat turnover intentions in knowledge workers in the IT sector. Internal marketing sees all employees as the firm's customers.
