Abstract: In this study, a structural adhesive was used to bond unidirectional prepreg and fiber fabric in a single lap joint. The mechanical properties of the structural adhesive were investigated under room temperature dry state (RTD) and elevated temperature wet state (ETW, 71℃/85% RH), and different adhesive layer thicknesses (0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm).
