“…In this context, systematic treatment of DED should be promoted, Yeo and Tong ( 47 ) also reported the DED patients demonstrated greater interest and acceptance of holistic treatments such as distracting their attention or sports compared with the single medication in a qualitative research about how to cope with DED. Except for conventional psychotherapy, several interventions have been proposed earlier for improving the subjective happiness, decreasing anxiety and depression score of DED patients including steam warming eye mask and cognitive behavior therapy ( 48 , 49 ).
