This article analyses the need for Industry 4.0 HR competencies. The study was conducted at several tertiary institutions in Medan, where the sample was determined by purposive random sampling. The variables used in this study include; a) sense-making, b) social intelligent, c) novel and adaptive thinking, d) cross-cultural competency, e) computational thinking, f) new-media literacy, g) transdisciplinary, h) design thinking, i) cognitive load management, j) virtual collaboration. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis approach. The output of this research is expected to provide input and strategies for universities in strengthening the quality of the fresh graduated HR output produced. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the ten variables used have a positive relationship between variables and can be an estimator to see how fresh graduated human resources are ready to face industry 4.0.

Educating students from an early age to have ecological awareness and not to damage the earth is one alternative to reduce global warming. The purpose of this study is to find things that need to be developed in environmentally-friendly education as a solution to global warming. The type of this research model is a descriptive qualitative study. The research was conducted at Sekolah Alam Lampung, Indonesia. Based on observations and interviews, it has been found that the school has implemented a strict learning and disciplinary curriculum. The output is expected for the students to self-managing waste and separating organic and non-organic waste bins that have been provided. The non-organic and recycled organic waste could be made into compost. They also plant and care for vegetables and trees in the green laboratory provided. The activity of the Sekolah Alam Lampung is an alternative solution to the environmental crisis regarding global warming, which is now increasingly severe and contributes conceptually to overcome the global warming, which has been a global issue.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the relationship of economic learning with culture in the era industrial revolution's 4.0 and its role in building student character. Culture-based economic learning becomes a forum for developing character in the era industrial revolution 4.0. The paper is a literature review using relevant sources related to theoretical and empirical reviews of the character of students in economic learning based on Minangkabau culture. Sources of theoretical reviews use books, other documents about the Minangkabau character and culture, whereas for empirical reviews use research results published in scientific journals. The analysis shows that there are values and characters that will be built from the implementation of Minangkabau culture-based economic learning.
