It is an essential factor that using a suitable learning model will enhance the learning outcomes for students. Project Based Learning (PJBL) is cosidered one of the learning model that guide the student to study inside the classroom and on the industrial world. The students learn theoritically and practically. This research was to find out the strength and weakness of PJBL during teaching and learning inside and outside of the classroom. It used qualitative research by using descriptive design. Data were collected by using interview question using semi structure interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by using theory of Miles & Huberman and Mc Carthy about discourse analysis. There were 71 students becoming the sample of the research from Politeknik Negeri Padang. After conducting the research, it is found some strengths and weaknesses of the PJBL for teaching and learning. PJBL. The strengths are for example: improving the student motivation, making the student to be diligent and challenging, being able to solve the problem, increasing the student collaboration and cooperation, teaching the student to make decision and conceptual framework, and how to work on the field. For the weakness are for example: taking much time and money, difficult to collect the information and best decision, do not make all student creative and innovative, and needing sufficient facilities and technologies to do the project.

Project-based learning is a type of education that gives students the chance to expand their knowledge. This learning can also develop learners' abilities to solve problems through real-world activities and tasks in a project. In this article, the research was conducted due to the lack of creativity among students in learning about electric lighting installations. The completeness of the learning outcomes of the electric lighting installation from the 30 students who completed it was only 40%. Project-based learning is one of the learning strategies that might boost student creativity. In project-based learning, learners are encouraged to be more enganged in learning. The teacher only acts as a facilitator. Teachers evaluate the products of student work that are displayed in the project results. Based on this fact, research was carried out on the influence of project-based learning on the subject of electric lighting installations. The purpose of this study is to improve the creativity and learning outcomes of students by applying project-based learning to the learning of electric lighting installations. This type of research is quasiexperimental with a pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study consisted of 30 learners. Data collection in this study used pre-test and post-test learning outcome tests. The results showed that learning outcomes using project-based learning had an average score of 84,433. The results have met 100% completion. Thus, it can be concluded that project-based learning can improve learning outcomes. Related to psychomotor learning, project-based learning can develop the creativity of learners in planning and completing a project.

This study aimed to determine the need for English hybrid learning using the Open Broadcaster Studio (OBS) through Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model. This research applied research and development (RD) approach. The development model used was ASSURE model. Preliminary study conducted on 37 respondents consisting of 12 teachers and 25 students of primary school at RSI Indonesia School. The results of the study showed that the need for English hybrid learning is very necessary to overcome problems found during the learning process. Teachers need teaching model that can support the learning process and provide solutions if students experience obstacles during learning. The results of the research at the needs analysis showed that there were obstacles in the implementation of online learning that need to be solved. A learning model that can solve problems occurred in online learning, and also has a systematic learning stages to make students participate actively in learning process and to produce a project that can improve students' creative thinking is crucially needed. This study provides an overview and direction to teachers to continue developing effective hybrid learning and become a resource for further research in hybrid learning model development.
