Abstract:Objective: Air Traffic Controller (ATC) is one of the professions that has a high level of stress due to the very heavy burden of PLLU job responsibilities that risk the lives of airplane passengers and all flight crews. Work stress for ATC officers must be avoided because it can affect personal health and productivity at work.
