The effect of weather on temperature variation inside a solar dryer in Ahvaz‐Iran using computational fluid dynamics method

Abstract: In subtropical hot desert climates, the high temperature inside the chamber of the solar dryers spoils heat‐sensitive bioactive ingredients of agricultural products.
