The Effect of Type of Item on Student‐teacher Interaction During Feedback of Examination Performance

Abstract: SUMMARY. Seventy-three State Registered Nurses following a course in intensive care nursing were given achievement tests, and then given knowledge of their results in tutorials.Half the students took a test of the ability to recall knowledge, while the remainder of the sample took a test of the ability to apply such knowledge.
