The Effect of Thermal Barrier Coating Surface Temperature on the Adhesion Behavior of CMAS Deposits

Abstract: The interaction of thermal barrier coating’s surface temperature with CMAS (calcium magnesium aluminosilicate) like deposits in gas turbine hot flowpath hardware is investigated.
