The Effect of the Reduction in the Interest Rate Due to COVID-19 on the Transaction Prices and the Rental Prices of the House

Abstract: This study uses 'Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model' to predict the impact of a sharp drop in the base rate due to COVID-19 at the present time when government policies for stabilizing house prices are in progress.
