This research aims to describe and analyze teacher personality in shaping student character at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in an elementary school. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that teachers teachers have personality competencies and pedagogical competencies that encourage better learning. Teachers have attempted character development by integrating noble character values during school. This effort goes through four stages: attentional, retention, motor reproduction, and motivational. Suppose teachers can be good role models while at school, students will gradually be able to pay attention and become motivated by their actions. This will present student impulses that work below the level of consciousness to demonstrate the virtues modeled by the teacher. This is as explained in social learning theory by Albert Bandura.

IntroductionFrequent resignation of young workers brings huge costs to the organizational management of enterprises. The frequent turnover behavior is a sign of low career identity, and exploring the paths that influence career identity behaviors is necessary. Previous studies have found that internship satisfaction and the psychological contract can influence career identity behavior. However, the dimensions of the psychological contract are unclear, and it is uncertain whether internship satisfaction can influence career identity behavior through the different dimensions of the psychological contract. This study attempts to expand the concept of psychological contract and construct a multiple mediation model. It aims to analyze the mediating role of different dimensions of the psychological contract between internship satisfaction and career identity behavior.MethodsA sample survey was conducted on Chinese fresh graduates by way of the questionnaire survey, and a total of 576 valid questionnaires were collected. Amos 26.0 was used to analyze the data and verify the multiple mediation model.ResultsThe results showed that psychological contract can be divided into three dimensions: transactional contract, relational contract, and developmental contract. Internship satisfaction can positively influence career identity behavior via the three dimensions of psychological contract, and there are differences in mediating effects among the dimensions. The mediating effect of developmental contract is the highest, relational contract is the second, and transactional contract is the lowest.DiscussionThis article expands the dimensions of psychological contract, emphasizes the importance of developmental contract, contributes to the literature on organizational psychology, and provides scales and empirical evidence for future research. The analysis points out that fresh graduates with long-term development opportunities often show higher career identity behavior. This provides valuable insights for enhancing career identity behavior, improving career sustainability, and assisting organizations in managing human resource mobility.

Bu çalışmada, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin çalıştıkları kurum ikliminin, mesleki motivasyonları ve mesleki doyum düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmaya Türkiye’de devlet okullarında görev yapan 412 gönüllü beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, kişisel bilgi formu, Canlı, Demirtaş ve Özer’in (2018) geliştirdiği “Okul İklimi Ölçeği”, Uğraş (2018) tarafından geliştirilen “Beden Eğitimi Öğretmeni Mesleki Motivasyon Ölçeği” ve Kuzgun, Aydemir-Sevim ve Hamamcı (1999) tarafından geliştirilen “Mesleki Doyum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin tanımlayıcı bilgileri için “frekans ve yüzde analizi”; okul iklimi, mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyum düzeylerini belirlemek için aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma; cinsiyet, yaş, hizmet yılı ve okul kademesi değişkenlerine göre okul iklimi, mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyumları arasındaki farklılıkları belirlemek için varyans analizi (t testi, tek yönlü ANOVA), ilişkiyi incelemek için “pearson kolerasyon katsayısı testi”; mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyumlarının okul iklimini yordama düzeyi belirlemek için “çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi” kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin okul iklimi, mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyum düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu; cinsiyet, yaş, hizmet yılı ve okul kademesi değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılıklara rastlandığı; mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyum ile okul iklimi, mesleki doyum ile mesleki motivasyon arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu, ayrıca mesleki motivasyon ve mesleki doyumun okul ikliminin yordayıcısı olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
