Abstract:In this work, the main factors influencing the appearance of the antiadhesive properties on the surface of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a fluorocarbon film were considered. The chemical composition, surface charge, and surface relief of antimicrobial fluorocarbon films deposited on PET were studied. The fluorocarbon films were formed by ion-plasma technology at reduced pressure using a two-component gas mixture consisting of tetrafluoromethane and cyclohexane.
