The Effect of Temporary Employment Contracts on Hotel Staff Performance

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of temporary employment contracts on hotel staff performance. Therefore, a field study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of employees in Greater Cairo's five-star hotel.
