Today organizations are faced with the rapidly changeable events in economical, technological, social, cultural and political environment. Successful and dynamic reaction of organizations depends on their ability to provide relevant information and to find, at the same time, adequate solutions to the problems they are faced with. In that sense, the attention of organizational theoreticians is focused on designing of intellectual abilities of organization and new concept in organizational theory has developed organizational intelligence (OI). In two decades ago, theoretical models have been developed and little research has been conducted. Having a model for defining and assessing the organizational status of an organization can be very helpful but the key questions facing every manager are; how can the level of collective intelligence be promoted? And what factors influence OI? Therefore this research carried out in order to assess OI and its factors influencing I.A.U. and provide a structural equation model. The subject of the study was 311 faculty members of I.A.U (Zone 8). Faculty members completed OI questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha=0.98), learning climate (Cronbach's alpha=0.94), multifactor leadership questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha =0.92) and organizational learning audit (Cronbach's alpha =0.94). Findings of this research showed that mean of organizational intelligence, organizational learning and learning culture were less than mean and transformational leadership was more than mean of questionnaire. Lisrel project software was applied for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on the tested structural equation model, transformational leadership style had direct impact on learning culture (β=0.78), learning culture had a direct impact on OI (β=0.46), organizational learning had a direct impact on OI (β=0.34) and learning culture had a direct impact on organizational learning (β=0.96). The tested model had a good fit. Findings suggest that for the organizational intelligence to be promoted, these factors must be taken into account.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between legal power and the ethic's charter components applying. This study is a descriptive cross-functional. The population consisted of 1,539 managers, planners and experts in education departments of Isfahan; the 220 out of that were selected as study's sample by Morgan and stratified random sampling with the population size based on their business and position. In the present study, two questionnaires were used for collecting data; power supplies questionnaire and component of ethics charter inventory. The results show that: (1) The component of ethics charter, administrative, environmental and personal-care have no legal relation with using managers, planners and experts from the legal power source. (2) There is a significant relationship between the power source reference and the rate of applying the ethics charter, administrative, environmental, personal and caring components from the managers, planners and experts' point of view. (3) There is a significant relationship between the reward and the application of ethic's charter components sin managers, planners and experts of the departments of Educational systems in Isfahan. (4) The punishment's power source has its effects only on three ethics charter's environmental component in managers, planners and agencies' experts of Isfahan and can remain in the regression equation, while the mentioned power source has no effect on ISSN 2327-5499 2016 http://ire.macrothink.org 57 management component and personal-care of managers, planners and experts. Background:Coping strategies are one of the key elements of mental health and have a significant relationship with mental health. Cash developed the body image coping strategies inventory (BICSI) to evaluate how individuals cope with threats or challenges about their body image. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the factor structure of the BICSI among Iranian female adolescents. Methods: Participants were 537 high school students from Karaj, Iran, who volunteered for participating in this study. In order to achieve the aim of the study (factorial validity), the study population (n = 537 participants) was split into two subsamples randomly. The subsamples were processed by the randomization function on SPSS (V. 22). AMOS Graphic (V. 20) software was used in order to examine the factorial validity of three BICSI factors. Results:The Persian version of BICSI met all the requirements for confirming the quality of measurement. In addition, the factorability of constructs in the scale was confirmed as the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit indices (P ≤ 0.05). Cronbach's alpha as an internal consistency indicator was above 0.8 for all three subscales. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the Persian version of BICSI was validated among Iranian adolescents.
