The objective of the study is to identify critical factors influencing suppliers' environmental performance. Employing survey methodologies, a cross-sectional study was conducted, analysing 110 completed survey questionnaires from electrical and electronic suppliers. The findings revealed that suppliers' green performance is significantly influenced by quality practices, technical competence, a green image, and environmental management, although not by pollution control. In light of the growing importance of environmental achievements for market competitiveness, these results offer valuable insights for manufacturers seeking to enhance suppliers' green performance. Future studies should explore additional crucial factors impacting suppliers' environmental accomplishments.

Integrated circuit plays a crucial role in reducing the size, increasing the processing speed, and enhancing the dependability on the electronic devices. Notably, the widespread use of these technologies has led to advancements in various sectors, including the communications, healthcare, and automobile industry. This study rank and identifies the critical success indicators associated with the manufacturing IC chips in the Indian semiconductor industry by employing one sample t-test approach. Based on the existing literature, the study investigates sixteen success indicators associated with the manufacturing IC chips in India. In addition, experts from the semiconductor manufacturing organization have validated these factors concerning the Indian semiconductor industry. The research concludes that “Monitor the Time-to-Market (SI7)”, “Enhance Customer Satisfaction (SI13)”, “Assess the Yield Rate (SI11)”, and “Calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) for Cost (SI5)”, are the critical success indicators associated with manufacturing of IC chips, as per the t-test analysis from 152 respondents working in the semiconductor sectors. The findings have multiple implications for businesses and policymaker, and can assist various stakeholders, including global semiconductor companies, domestic manufacturers, and fabless semiconductor firms.

This paper explores the potential of Convergence Innovation (CI) as an effective catalyst for dealing with the COVID‐19 pandemic and devising a trajectory toward a sustainable post‐crisis future. It offers novel perspectives on sustainable innovation approaches that can enhance organizational performance and extend beyond it. The paper makes significant contributions to both the theoretical and practical aspects of innovation. It illustrates the impact of market forces in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and Digital Technologies (DT), highlighting the significance of sustainable innovation for organizational prosperity and individual welfare. Convergence Innovation is explained as a self‐regulating ecosystem that promotes and goes beyond value creation. Different technologies in the ecosystem enhance CI's sensing capabilities for fluctuations in market forces and facilitate the transmission of data for decision‐making. The study recommends splitting off the S‐curve of innovation and the life cycle of competitive intelligence, as the S‐curve of CI tends to be shorter in the digital age. This paper provides managers with a new framework for thinking about innovation and its role in achieving sustainable business success. By embracing CI, managers can create more agile and adaptable organizations that are better positioned to navigate the complex and rapidly changing world of the digital age.
