The Effect of Social and Institutional Factors on Women Empowerment in Ethiopian Public Higher Education Institutions: Policy Percpectives

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of social and institutional factors on women's empowerment. A descriptive research design with 382 usable samples was used to study the effects.
