Abstract:Ship maneuvering implements sailor skills in maneuvering ships from a departure place to a destination safely, effectively, and efficiently. Ship maneuvers are carried out in waters, but ship maneuvers in icy waters have serious challenges and must be executed carefully. The ice-bound maneuvering procedure must consider the technique used. Besides that, the weather factor can cause obstacles in the movement.
