This descriptive survey research analyzed the relationship of SDLA(self-directed learning ability), SL(self-leadership), and CPC(clinical practice competency) of undergraduate nursing students. The subjects of the study were 226 undergraduate nursing students in one universities located in J Province. The structured questionnaire designed for nursing students was used for analysis from April 20 to May 19, 2022. The analysis methods applied in this study were descriptive statistics for real numbers, percentages, averages, standard deviations, and t-test and ANOVA for difference verification; Pearson's Correlation coefficients for correlation; and multiple regression for influencing factors using the SPSS/WIN version 22.0 Program. The correlation coefficient analysis showed that clinical practice competency of nursing students had a statistically significant correlation with SDLA(self-directed learning ability) and SL(self-leadership), also (self-directed learning ability) and CPC(clinical practice competency) had a statistically meaningful. As a result of analyzing the factors influencing CPC(clinical practice competency), SDLA(self-directed learning ability) and SL(selfleadership) were found to be the factors influencing CPC(clinical practice competency). The model's explanatory power was 52.5%. Thus, it is necessary to build effective training education programs to enhance undergraduate nursing students' clinical practice competency.
