The Effect of Plyometric Training Program on Physical Performance in Basketball Players

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the effect of a plyometric training program on the physical performance of basketball players. 24 male basketball players between the ages of 18-36, who regularly practice basketball, participated in the study voluntarily.
