“…Supplementation with N. sativa oil in the vitrified semen of goats showed that N. sativa could preserve the quality of sperm parameters and the sperm membrane [ 32 ]. N. sativa oil has been reported to improve sperm parameters, testosterone level, and MMP in rats exposed to an obesogenic diet [ 33 ]. A study conducted in 2018 showed that aqueous NSE in cryopreserved buffalo spermatozoa improved sperm parameters, DNA integrity, and plasma membrane integrity due to its antioxidant activity, and these results are similar to those of this study [ 15 ].…”

“…Wannasiri et al (36) and Vigueras-Villaseñor et al (37) induced hyperlipidemia in male Wistar or Sprague-Dawley rats by feeding with a highfat diet, found that the testosterone level was decreased in the high-fat diet group. It is proposed that elevated estradiol levels derived from peripheral aromatization of androgen inhibits the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, resulting in a reduction of testosterone level (38,39). Our research indicated that the testosterone level and sperm count of epididymal tail were decreased in the MC group as well, which was probably due to hyperlipidemia.…”

“…The production and release of breast milk occur after the baby is born, followed by a decrease in levels of the estrogen hormone, which increases prolactin levels for breast milk production (Leisegang et al, 2021). Even on the first day, although there is only a tiny amount of breast milk coming out; the mother must continue breastfeeding.…”
