Abstract: Background: Breast cancer is quite frequent all around the world. This disease was responsible for an estimated 2.1 million malignancies in 2022, making it the seventh-highest cause of cancer deaths globally. “…25 In short, involving patients in MDT communication has enhanced and improved their quality of life and survival rate. [76][77][78][79][80] A patient-centric process empowers BCT, and this supports addressing the agility perspective in BCT. Good, shared decisions are made based on good collaborations.…”

“…145 Practicing a multidisciplinary approach in BCT has shown strong clinical evidence in improving BC diagnosis accuracy, BCT plan design, and patient health outcomes, resulting in higher survival rates. 76 , 78 , 79 , 146 Accuracy in diagnosis is higher and patient outcomes are improved when patient information is examined by multidisciplinary specialists with diverse backgrounds of knowledge and experience, particularly in the field of breast cancer. 76 , 78 , 79 , 146 Due to economic challenges, MDT workload, and the continuous need for MDTs, a virtual MDT has been developed.…”
