The Effect of Leadership Aggressive Humor on Employee Proactive Behavior

Abstract

Based on self-determination theory, this study explores the influence mechanism of leader aggressive humor on employee proactive behavior and examines the mediating role of psychological empowerment as well as the moderating effect of job autonomy.Based on the questionnaire data and analysis tools such as SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS 23.0, it was concluded that leadership aggressive humor has a negative effect on employee proactive behavior, psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between leadership aggressive humor and employee proactive behavior, and job autonomy moderates the negative effect of leadership aggressive humor on employee proactive behavior.
