Abstract:The aim of the research was to determine the magnitude of the irritant effect on breast tissue and the morphobiochemical composition of blood in lactating cows with a single intracisternal administration of hyaluronidase. To do this, 1,280 units of hyaluronidase prepared in 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution were injected once into the posterior right quarter of the experimental group (n=10).
