Abstract:INTRODUCTION:Recombinant human growth hormone (rHGH) plays a central role for several metabolic functions including remodeling of bone and cartilage differentiation. Local administration of growth hormone (GH) could be more reasonable due to its more specific effects and less systemic side effects.
