Abstract:Vacuum hot‐press sintering process is utilized to manufacture graphite flake/aluminum composites, and the influence of graphite flake volume fraction on the microscopic structure, hardness, thermal conductivity (TC) and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the composites are investigated.
