Abstract: Background: Ginseng is a medicinal herb that has been used in many laboratory experiments because of its pharmacological activities of its some constituents including ginsenosides, phytosterols, sesquiterpenes, flavonoids, polyacetylenes, alkaloids, and phenolic compounds.
