The Effect of Foam Rolling on Lower Limb Flexibility Among Cyclists

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study the influence of foam rolling on lower limb flexibility in a cycling team. A total of twenty subjects (N=20) were involved in this study and selected through the purposive sampling method. The research design that is used in this study is one group pretest-posttest.
