Abstract:The purpose of the study was to test the influence and differences in fixed and changing directional throw drill exercises on the results of receiving the first ball. The research method uses the M-S (Matched Subject Design) pattern experiment. The total population was 24 people and a sample of 12 people with the Purposive Sampling technique.
