The Effect of Ethics and Work Environment on Loyalty Through Employee Satisfaction and Commitment

Abstract: This study aims to prove whether work ethics and work environment variables significantly influence employee loyalty through job satisfaction and employee commitment to Nurul Hayat Surabaya employees.
