The Effect of Employee Turnover in the Hospitality Industry: Quantitative Correlational Study

Abstract: The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine the relationship between employee turnover intention and job satisfaction, employee compensation, employee engagement, employee motivation, and work environment.
