Abstract:In order to decrease the effects of aging on seeds, antioxidants and phenolic compounds might be utilized. Included in this list of chemicals is ellagic acid. An experimental strategy was used in 2019 and 2020 to ascertain how ellagic acid affected the quality of soybeans.
