Abstract: Introduction: Many epidemiological studies have found a high incidence of depression and anxiety in people with epilepsy. Duloxetine is a selective inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake (SNRI) and commonly prescribed in a patient with major depressive disorder.
