Abstract: Antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) photovoltaic thin-film materials have been recognized as suitable thin-film photovoltaic candidates for sustainable development due to the low toxicity of their constituent elements and abundant reserves. In this study, we employed the close space sublimation (CSS) method to fabricate solar cells with the FTO/SnO2/Sb2Se3/P3HT/C device architecture.
