The Effect of Cognitive Activity on Sleep Maintenance in a Subsequent Daytime Nap

Abstract: Our results indicate that presleep learning favors sleep propensity and maintenance, offering the possibility to explore planned cognitive training as a low-cost treatment for sleep impairments.
