Background and Aim: Nurses need ethical courage to make correct decisions in various clinical situations and to engage in proper care behaviors based on ethical principles. In this regard, the present study aimed to determine the relationship between ethical courage and care behaviors of nurses in the year 2023. Method In this cross-sectional study, 146 nurses employed in educational hospitals in the city of Hamadan were selected using stratified sampling method. Data collection instruments included: a checklist of demographic characteristics, Sekerka and colleagues' Ethical Courage Questionnaire, and the Caregiver Behavior Inventory (CDI-25) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24 software and descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, and ANOVA. Findings: The results showed that the majority of participating nurses were female (67.1%) and had a bachelor's degree (89%). The mean ± standard deviation of ethical courage and nurses' care behaviors were 9.26 ± 3.15 and 13.254 ± 101.164, respectively. Also, there was a significant and positive correlation between ethical courage and nurses' care behaviors (P < 0.001, r = 0.264). Conclusion Considering the direct relationship between ethical courage and care behaviors, it is recommended that relevant managers strive to promote ethical courage among all nurses by supporting and encouraging those who demonstrate ethical courage, thus playing an influential role in achieving a higher level of desired care behaviors.

Schools have adopted digital technologies as a strategy for learning and teaching activities because it offers opportunities for scaffolding. This strategy has been implemented in conjunction with creative activities. In addition, activities based on digital games, known as digital game-based learning (DGBL), and various mobile technologies, have been piloted in schools over the past few years to develop innovative learning. The purpose of this research is to investigate how children's collaborative interactions develop while participating in activities requiring them to solve problems utilizing intelligent and mobile technology. Our research combines theoretical viewpoints on joint participation, affordances, and a sense of community in the context of collaborative interactions. This is done with a contextual perspective on learning as its starting point. The following are some of the questions posed in this research: (1) How do children's digital game design activities drive and support collaborative interactions while they are engaged in problem-solving activities? Furthermore, (2) How do children's ideas for designing digital games manifest themselves during activities involving the design of games that involve innovative mobile technology? The study is based on a case where a creative workshop was held with 22 Swedish third-grade children aged 9 to 10 years old who participated in game design activities in a pedagogical lab. When the children worked together to solve the problem of designing and producing a joint digital game idea using mobile technology, a sense of community emerged due to their efforts. The study's results were analyzed using a thematic approach, which revealed that the children used different orientations in their collaborative interactions. Based on this, we argue that it is crucial to be aware of the pedagogical context when preparing for educational activities that involve innovative mobile technology. This is because the pedagogical context is the aspect of the design that creates meaningful collaborative interactions, and it is only then that innovative mobile technology becomes smart. These findings have significant ramifications for the methodological field of incorporating cutting-edge mobile technology into various types of educational settings

In recent years, the health crisis has encouraged modifications and revolutions in the training of nursing practitioners in humanized care. The study's objective was to assess the satisfaction indicator of humanized care in the health care environment in order to make improvements to the health care process. The segmentation of the demographic data allowed us to present more precise analyses, in which we were able to isolate the reports of patients from urban and rural areas, in order to later determine if there are differences between the perceptions of the groups. The study used across-sectional non-experimental descriptive design, with two groups of 200 patients from urban and rural areas hospitalized with COVID-19 symptoms. The dimensions of humanized nursing care were measured using a questionnaire. The findings demonstrate significant differences in the perception of humanized care received (p. < 0.01). On the one hand, patients from urban regions rated the humanized treatment they received as favorable in 37.7% of cases, moderately acceptable in 36.7% of cases, and unfavorable in 25.6% of cases. Patients from rural areas, on the other hand, rated humanized treatment as favorable in 20.4%, moderately acceptable in 41.4%, and unfavorable in 38.2%. We conclude that humanized care is essential for maintaining care activity independent of the patient's sociodemographic variables.
