The Effect of Ability, Motivation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance an Empirical Study on PT. Sung Chang Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of ability, motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sung Chang Indonesia branch of Kulon Progo, totaling 1502 people. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling with the formula from Isaac and Michael, obtained 229 samples.
