The Effect of Abdominal Breathing with Muscle Strength Exercise on Balance and Strength

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this study was to effect of balance ability and the low trunk strength when application the low extremity strength exercise with abdominal respiration exercises. Methods It was conducted for six weeks with 44 healthy persons(male: 25, female: 19) and they were divided 3 groups; control group(n=15), the lower extremity exercise group(n=14), combined the lower extremity exercise with abdominal respiration(n=15).
