The Effect of 40 Days Static Stretching After Prayers on Flexibility Among Elderly Muslim Men

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of 5 times static stretching for 40 days on flexibility. A pre-experimental research design was used and the participants comprising 20 sedentary male aged 60 – 64 years of different weight and height participated in this study.
