Abstract

In this article, the problems of the development of the economy of simple things are considered and the points of growth of the economy of the Irkutsk region in the conditions of import substitution are determined. The economy of simple things allows you to develop small and medium-sized businesses, fill the domestic market with domestic consumer goods, create your own production of parts and components, ensuring the technological security of large businesses. At the same time, cooperative ties between enterprises are developing. The article discusses the experience of developing the economy of simple things in Kazakhstan. The Irkutsk region has a huge potential for the growth of the non-oil sector. The development of the economy of simple things can become one of the growth points of the Irkutsk region. The development of the economy of simple things is connected with such institutions as clusters and industrial parks. The modern tendencies of their formation and functioning are considered. The article studies the experience of import substitution at the enterprises of the Irkutsk region. The tools for supporting enterprises within clusters are considered. The possibilities of developing cooperation between companies through the import substitution service, the import substitution exchange, as well as the specifics of the procurement organization are being studied. The article considers the possibilities of inter-regional cooperation and the development of regional exports as a point of growth of the Irkutsk region economy. The development of the food and processing industry can become another point of growth of the Irkutsk region in the conditions of sanctions and import substitution. The features of the organization of leasing in the agro-industrial complex are considered.
