The calibrated date-ranges point to settlement phases between the later Middle Neolithic (~5600 cal BC 47 ) and the Bronze Age (~2100 cal BC 46 ). The excavations at Dispilio have also yielded a great number of wood remains, with over 1200 mapped construction elements in the Eastern Sector to date (Fig 1c).…”
